Gatorfoam letters are made of a 2lb extruded polystyrene foam board bonded between two layers of wood fiber, veneer. One of the advantages of gatorfoam is being lightweight, yet heavy duty,  versatile and durable. These dimensional letters are mainly used for interior signage but can work for outdoors as well. Dimensional letters made from gatorfoam are easy to install and can feature a painted or laminated face. As your wholesale sign manufacturer, we recommend gatorfoam letters as a cost effective option if you want to add thickness to your dimensional letters. They are available in a wide variety of thicknesses, anywhere between 1/2″and 3″ thickness. Due to the fact that these dimensional letters are very lightweight, at Elite Letters and Logos we recommend double stick tape for installation.
